  • For the Vodka Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 1 can tomato puree (15 ounces)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
